Cloretha S. Jamison is a graduate of Coahoma Agricultural High School located in Clarksdale, MS. She graduated from Coahoma Community College with an Associates degree in Biology. Mrs. Jamison continued her education at Mississippi Valley State University and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. She also received her Masters of Arts in Teaching from Mississippi Valley State University. Mrs. Jamison returned to school to receive her Specialist degree in Educational School Leadership from Delta State University. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate degree in Educational School Leadership from Delta State University.

Mrs. Jamison has 11 years of teaching experience in the Coahoma County School District and Clarksdale Municipal School District. She has been in administration for more than 11 years as an assistant principal, school improvement officer, early college director/principal, principal, and CTE director.

Mrs. Jamison has coached elementary basketball, served on leadership teams, sponsored clubs, and mentored novice teachers. She plans to continue to positively impact the lives of students, teachers, and parents of the Tunica County School District.
